About COP28?

Twentieth Eighth Session of Conference of the Parties (COP 28) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) will be held from 30th November 2023 to 12 December 2023 in Expo City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). At COPs, held annually, world leaders gather to work together on solutions to tackle climate change, formulate policies for global implementation

Thematic Programs COP28

COP28 is truly a transformational moment in the history and evolution of international climate policy development process for the world to unite around tangible climate action and deliver realistic solutions and address the unique challenges of developing countries. A large number of global leaders, climate scientists, activists and civil society members are expected to gather in UAE to contribute in the climate policy action, promote dialogue and create awareness.

Pakistan Commitment towards COPs

Pakistan COP28 website is a digital platform for the national institutions, academia and civil society and climate change enthusiasts engaged in climate action to advance their activities and agenda, share their views and opinions and bring our actions to the attention of the world. The website will serve as a single and coherent source most up to date information from around the world on the COP28 to Pakistani public. Also serve as a medium to share and promote COP28 focused activities, promote success stories and challenges Pakistan is facing on climate change and a medium of expression and communication tool for all the stakeholders in Pakistan.
