At #NDRMF, an AI Adaptation Workshop for NDRMF Team created an opportunity to step away from routine ways of working and explore how emerging AI tools can support better thinking, learning and problem-solving.
From understanding how to frame the right prompt to experimenting with AI-assisted research, content development and everyday tasks, the workshop was less about learning a technology and more about building the confidence to use it intelligently and responsibly.
The sessions encouraged staff to question, experiment, refine and learn – because effective use of AI
is not simply about getting faster answers…….
It is about asking better questions, applying human judgement and knowing when and how technology can add value.
In a time when the tools we use are evolving rapidly, continuous learning and adaptation are essential to building capable, future-ready institutions.
