A delegation from MOAWIN Foundation met with Mr. Amir Khan Goraya, CEO, NDRMF, at NDRMF Headquarters, Islamabad. Participants included Former Chief of the Naval Staff & Chairman, Moawin Foundation, Admiral M. Asif Sandila, CEO, Moawin Foundation Rear Admiral Mirza Foad Amin Baig and GM Programs Faraz Hussain.
The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives on disaster risk reduction, climate resilience and risk-informed development, with discussions around potential areas of mutual interest and future collaboration.
The engagement reaffirmed the importance of strong institutional partnerships and collective action to strengthen resilience and address Pakistan’s growing climate and disaster risks.
