NDRMF observed Kashmir Solidarity Hour on Friday by marching on roads from 12 noon to 12:30 and waving National and Kashmir’s Flags. The rally was followed by tree plantation ceremony at G-10 Metro station in solidarity with IOK and against Indian inhumane actions and fascist oppression. CEO NDRMF with other staff took part in planting trees and dedicated it to the people of Kashmir.
CEO NDRMF Lt Gen (Retd) Nadeem Ahmed led the gathering after Prime Minister Imran Khan’s appeal to the nation to give a message to the world that the Pakistani nation stands by the Kashmiris who are facing unprecedented human rights violations by Indian army in India-occupied Kashmir (IOK) and a continuous curfew which has entered the 24th day.
National anthems of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir were played along with other national songs to symbolize unity and harmony.
At the end, the gathering prayed for people of IOK and expressed immense determination and showed solidarity till India’s eviction from IOK and freedom of the people of IOK.
