CEO NDRMF, Amir Khan Goraya attended NDMA’s strategic appraisal of the National Emergencies Operations Centre (NEOC), which brought together high-level diplomatic missions and national stakeholders to showcase Pakistan’s evolving disaster preparedness and early warning capabilities.
