COMSATS has been participating at the COP and its Subsidiary Bodies meetings, COP-28 was special as COMSATS was granted Observer Status by UNFCCC. COP-29 will be special in the sense that COMSATS Centre for Climate Sustainability (CCCS), in collaboration with Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination (MoCC&EC), GoP, ICESCO, International Organization for Food Security (IOFS), Food Security and Agriculture Centre of Excellence (FACE), NDMA and NDMRF, is organizing a series of Climate related thematic events. I am confident that we will make substantive contribution to COP-29 to help achieve the goals set.
