Mr. Amir Khan Goraya is a seasoned professional with over 27 years of experience, Mr. Goraya currently serves as the Head of Governance and Programme Specialist for the UNDP in Cambodia. He has a strong background in international relations, holding an MSc from Quaid-i-Azam University, and has completed numerous international certifications in public financial management, disaster risk reduction, and governance. His career includes significant leadership roles with the UNDP in Pakistan, where he managed large-scale portfolios focused on resilience, environment, and climate change, and successfully mobilized over USD 50 million for crisis prevention and recovery.
