As of 27th April 2022, the Government of Pakistan has administered around 245,702,246 doses of vaccine in total while achieving complete vaccination of around 117,925,331 eligible populations across Pakistan. Under the directives of NCOC, the target to vaccinate 90% of eligible population with COVID 19 vaccines by 312t of March, 2022 was set to be covered in to vaccination campaign rounds. However due to delays in confirmation of availability of finances the said campaigns could not be initiated timely by the concerned departments. With the funding assistance of NDRMF the FIP hired the 33,141 vaccination teams (vaccinators, social mobilizers and data entry operators) across Pakistan (ICT, Sindh, KP, Balochistan, Punjab, AJK and GB). The hired teams administered vaccination doses (1st Dose, 2nd Dose and Booster Dose) to the eligible target population to achieve the targets as per directives of NCOC.
