✅CEO NDRMF, Mr. Bilal Anwar and  Dr. Mark Smith, Director General International Water Management Institute signed the MoU during a Pre CoP 28 on Accelerating the Water Food Climate Nexus Transformation Pathways for Pakistan organised by IWMI.

✅Objectives of Cooperation
Under this MoU, IWMI Pakistan and the NDRMF will:
1. Cooperate in the joint implementation of early warning systems (floods and drought) which will help in adaptation, mitigation, early preparedness, decision support system, and developing action plans. Events and webinars. Mutual areas of interest.
2. Collaborate on the development of early warning systems for natural disasters, including floods, and drought.
3. Share information and data on natural hazards / disasters and early warning systems.
4. Provide technical assistance to each other on the development and implementation of early warning systems, and other mutual areas of interest.
